You may now pay your fines and fees or make a donation to the library online using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card. Central Citizens’ Library District has partnered with the Illinois E-Pay Program in an effort to offer the most innovative, secure, and convenient payment options to our users. You will need to check your account to determine how much you wish to pay before beginning the payment process. This service is not connected directly with your library account and cannot look up what you owe for you. The minimum transaction amount is $1.00. If you would like to pay more than the fines that you owe, your account will have a credit balance. Any future fines and fees will be charged against this balance. Library staff will update your account information as soon as possible after receiving notification of your payment. If you make a payment when the library is closed, your account will be updated when the library next opens.
