Welcome to summer reading at Central Citizens' Library! It's time to register for Scare Up a Good Book. Participants will be asked to read for a total of 360 minutes and attend at least three out of the four weeks. This will qualify you for a trip to the Field Museum in Chicago on Tuesday, July 6th. Children of all ages are welcome to join us. You must have a valid CCLD library card in order to participate.
We are offering four sessions for children who have finished grade five and younger: Tuesdays at 10:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, Thursdays at 10:00 AM, and Thursdays at 6:30 PM. Those who have finished sixth grade and older attend the TWEEN group on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM. If you have conflicts, you can always attend a different session for that week.
